Approximately 7 years ago, I prayed to God that His will be made clear to me (with no doubt)...His wink came through my 13 year old daughter. She made comments about a situation that came across clear as day. I left our conversation with no doubt about how I needed to respond. Now I pray for strength and the faith I need to bring me through. Thank you God for answering my prayer.

I'm Back!!!
I've been away for quite a bit of time. But, I'm back now!
A lot has happened for sure, but one thing has remained constant and that is God's love. 💜

Profound words from Cicely Tyson
Cicely Tyson was recently on Oprah's OWN Network and she had some profound words about treasuring negative experiences more than the positive. Follow the link below and be inspired.

39 and counting!
Thank you Lord for letting me see another year! I recently had a bone scan and was told that I had hips and spine like a twenty year old. Hah! How about that! Yes, that comment has gone to my head. Each day I wake up I'm making a point to reinvent myself because life is definitely too short and I want my moments to last. Ain't God good!

Beauty
The other day I purchased some flowers from the produce store. When I got home I couldn't wait to bring out my vase and place them on the kitchen table. Now every morning when I eat my breakfast, I just look at them. I look at them bloom from day to day. We can find beauty in many different things. For me, today I'm finding beauty in a flower. Thank you Lord for your beauty!
